Renovation and refurbishment of the Laboratory and Office in the H46 Life Science Building as per details on Drawing Number 1882, page H46/04.<br /><br />The works consist of but do not exclude any other work as indicated on the attached drawings:<br />• Removal and existing built-in equipment and hand over to the University,<br />• The installation of the new drywall structure <br />• Installation of kitchen cupboards,<br />• Cleaning of existing floor finishes,<br />• Upgrading of the existing plumbing and electrical infrastructure.<br />• The general painting/varnishing of all existing internal walls, door frames & doors.<br />
