Provide a platform for product innovation or advanced development within the scope of the framework. Considerations can only be proposed from suppliers that have a positive commercial submission on the framework in any ranked position Proposals must compliment the framework scope. Non-specific products will not be considered. Any proposal that replicates or duplicates any of the other Lots within framework will not be considered. Proposals should not crossover any other NHS Scotland contract or framework. Not a backdoor process to have products listed nationally. Clinical Advisory Panel/Stoma Nurses approval & consensus agreement is final. Evidence, support & technical files may be required, as per the current framework request. Only to be sent during proposal engagement window (and if requested). Approved products would fall under the same Terms & Conditions for framework adherence. We envisage awarding to all compliant suppliers.
