Market engagement relating to a future procurement of a Fleet Management System and Vehicle Booking Solution for Natural Resources Wales Lot 1: Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking to engage with the market to explore potential solutions for a Fleet Management System and Vehicle Booking System. This Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise aims to gather insights from suppliers on available technologies, capabilities, and innovations that can support our future procurement strategy. Suppliers are invited to participate by completing a supplier questionnaire by 3rd March 2025, which will help us understand market capabilities, key considerations, and potential approaches. To support this engagement, we have prepared a PME information pack, which provides further details on our requirements, objectives, and scope of the procurement. We will be hosting a supplier briefing session via Teams on 13th February, providing an opportunity for suppliers to learn more about the requirement and ask any questions. In addition to the questionnaire, we also welcome one-to-one discussions with suppliers who wish to provide further insights or discuss their solutions in more detail.
