Bespoke Pathology Forms, Labels & Specimen Bags - Multi Lot

QE Facilities (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a supplier with the appropriate product range, experience and competitive pricing to supply Bespoke Pathology Forms, Labels & Specimen Bags. The successful Contractor will be required to operate a service where frequently used Bespoke Pathology Forms, Labels & Specimen Bags will be produced and stocked at the Contractors premises for call off by the Authority. The successful Contractor may also be required to produce Bespoke Pathology Forms, Labels & Specimen Bags on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice, to the specification provided by the Authority. The contract will be divided into three separate lots. Tenders for each lot will be assessed individually according to the evaluation criteria specified section 1.3. Bidders may submit tenders for any or all of the three lots. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 Years and may be extended for up to a period of 1+1+1 Years, subject to meeting the relevant criteria set out in the contract. Lot 3: Bespoke Pathology Specimen Bags QE Facilities is seeking to appoint a supplier with the appropriate product range, experience and competitive pricing to supply Bespoke Specimen Bags. The successful Contractor will be required to operate a service where frequently used Bespoke Specimen Bags will be printed and stocked at the Contractors premises for call off by the Authority. The successful Contractor may also be required to produce Bespoke Specimen Bags on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice, to the specification provided by the Authority.
