1 Market Square, Castletown: Exterior envelope repairs

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide building and roofing services to Manx National Heritage to be carried out between 26th January 2026 and 22nd March 2026.<br /><br />The work will comprise:<br />• Repairs to the flat roof and parapet including; removal of existing asphalt weathering, reinstatement in Polyroof, new capping and formation of new roof access hatch<br />• Repairs to cracked and loose render at 1st floor level<br />• Repairs to small slate roof over fire escape stair<br />• Maintenance, repair and easing of first floor timber sash windows<br />• Replacement/adjustment of lead cloaks to first floor cills<br />• Core drilling for new services<br />• Redecoration of first floor exterior render and joinery<br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Preliminaries & WP01 Bills<br />- Form of Tender<br />- Conditions of Contract<br />- General invitation letter<br />- Drawings EX01, EX02, CO3, CO4, C10, C11<br />- Polyroof proposal,<br />- Designers Risk assessment<br />- Pre Tender H&S Plan<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 11th January 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 18th January 2026, and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.
