Tender description
This project involves the replacement of existing water mains at Kiondhooag Road and Tosaby Road, as prioritised by Manx Utilities within the 2025-26 programme. The scope includes the installation of approximately 983m of 125mm HDPE water main on Kiondhooag Road and 3826m of 125mm HDPE water main on Tosaby Road, along with 495m of 25mm, 32mm, and 63mm service connections to properties, troughs, cross connections, and the like. The works include associated valves, fittings, hydrants, meters, pipe bridge construction, civil works attendances for connections and end capping, installation of marker posts, trench width only reinstatement of excavations, site establishment, and traffic management.
