REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Digital Newspaper and Publications Management System

Tender description

Manx National Heritage (MNH) wishes to explore the market, to identify interest from experienced contractors to provide a Digital Newspaper and Publications Management System (DNPMS) for resources held and managed by MNH within its Library and Archives.<br /><br />MNH is a registered charity responsible for protecting and promoting the Isle of Man’s natural and cultural heritage. Museum, library and archive collections are made publicly accessible in through the ‘collections online’ website imuseum.im, currently hosted by Isle of Man Government Technology Services.<br /><br />Interested parties are invited to submit:<br />• A summary of experience, capability and proposed solution outlined in the Request for Information document<br />• Indicative costs <br />• Brochures and any information relevant to enable GTS plan going forward<br /><br />Full requirements are listed on the document that will be provided once you have expressed an interest.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote GTS-1226 MNH Digital Newspapers Final.pdf<br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br /><br />The Request for Interest will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 7th January 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 9th January 2026 and your questions and response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br />
