Quick Quote Request - EICR for Harbours - SSFM 445 - Awarded

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide a quotation for the inspection and testing of the fixed wiring distribution system and provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for some of the Island Harbours. <br /><br />The project will comprise of the inspection and testing of the fixed wiring installation. This will include the issuing of updated as fitted plans and all associated certification (in electronic format). All works will be in accordance with the supplied tender documents.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />- Castletown Harbour Tender Return<br />- D.B. Locations & Circuits Designations<br />- Scope of Works Castletown Harbour<br /><br />- Laxey Harbour Tender Return<br />- Laxey Harbour D.B. Locations & Circuits Designations<br />- Scope of Works Laxey Harbour<br /><br />- Peel Shower Block Tender Return<br />- Peel Shower Block D.B. Locations & Circuits Designations<br />- Scope of Works Peel Shower Block<br /><br />- Port St Mary Harbour Tender Return<br /> - PSM D.B. Locations & Circuits Designations<br /> - Scope of Works Port St Mary Harbour<br /><br />- Ramsey Harbour Tender Return<br />- Ramsey Harbour D.B. Locations & Circuits Designations<br />- Scope of Works Ramsey Harbour<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 25th November 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 9th December 2025 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
