Quick Quote - Provision of partial replacement gym equipment for the NSC Fitness Zone

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide replacement gym equipment to the Department of Education Sport and Culture. <br /><br />The Fitness Zone is a key part of the National Sports Centre (NSC) facility open to the public 93 hours a week. Due to the high level of daily use, the gym equipment needs to be robust and of high quality. <br />The NSC in keeping with providing a high-quality service and experience for customers, there is a need to replace some cardio and strength equipment in the Fitness Zone. In order to maximise the limited gym space available, the plan is to introduce more multi use machines. <br />The NSC is a commercial gym, with a high footfall, which needs to be considered when replacing the cardio and strength equipment, which all must be commercial specification. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Cardio Equipment Specification<br />- Gym floor plan<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 5th January 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 8th January 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
