Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Implementation of Financial Reporting Standard 102 Changes - Project Accountancy to Treasury.<br /><br />We are seeking highly skilled external support to assist with the implementation of the forthcoming changes to revenue recognition and lease accounting under Financial Reporting Standard 102 (FRS102).<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government is a large and complex organisation, comprising a wide range of departments and service areas, many of which deliver functions unique to the public sector. The upcoming changes to revenue recognition and lease accounting under FRS 102 will have far-reaching implications across these varied operational contexts. As a result, this project will require detailed process mapping, cross-departmental engagement, and tailored analysis to ensure compliance and practical implementation.<br /><br />The external support will need to provide deep technical expertise in FRS 102, particularly in the areas of revenue and lease adjustments, and will have a proven track record of successfully guiding organisations through similar transitions.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 22nd December 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 7th January 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
