Land & Property Management (AMP 8)

Tender description

Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Land & Property Management Services.<br />The scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, the following key areas:<br />A) Telecommunications Portfolio Management - Invoice and collect rents due under leases, licences and other agreements with telecommunications operators in respect of the utilisation of the Company’s properties for telecommunications purposes, and other associated services.<br /><br />B) Let Estate Management (non-telecommunications) - Invoice and collect rents due under leases, licences and other agreements with tenants. licensees, etc. in respect of the occupation, access or other utilisation of the Company’s agricultural, commercial, residential and “environmental” sites used for conservation, public access or recreation, and other associated services. Sites used for telecommunications purposes are excluded from the Services <br /><br />C) Planning and Development Work - In respect of land and property determined by the Company to be surplus to its operational requirements (or with the potential to become so; identify land and property with development potential - and other associated services.<br /><br />D) Land Agency Services – Statutory functions - Identify and advise the Company on the ownership of, and other rights, in third party land - and other associated services.<br /><br />This is not an exhaustive list, and other Land & Property Management Services may be required by the Company.<br />
