Grounds Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Seaford Town Council invites tenders for the provision of grounds maintenance services across various sites within the Town Council's boundaries. The aim is to ensure all sites are maintained to a consistently high standard, meeting the requirements detailed in the specification. Contract term: Initial term of three (3) years from the start date, with an extension option. The Council may, at its sole discretion, extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years. Contract Lots: This contract is divided into three Lots.
