Tender description
This is a contract, related to our statutory obligations as a landlord and to maintain compliance under the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) order 2005, The Fire Safety (England) regulations 2022, Fire Safety act 2021 and the Building Safety act 2022.1.2 There are a total 1,510 fire risk assessments that need to be undertaken in buildings between a 1 to 3 year cycle, these inspections identify repairs and remediation works that are given risk priorities to target compliance
