UCL is conducting this procurement process on behalf of the East Bank partnership, hence the automatic inclusion of additional background information about UCL. This tender request for proposal (“RFP”) covers the second phase of East Bank’s development, the five partners, with LLDC and the Mayor of London, are looking for a PR agency or experienced freelancer/team to drive a unified consumer and corporate communications strategy that will deliver high impact media coverage. It will also provide PR and media relations support and coordination to the collaboration.<br /><br /> Building on the foundational comms work of the past two years, which has helped to achieve increased UK, local and international awareness of East Bank and its remit, the task now, contained in this brief, is to tell the fully activated story of one of the most ambitious and transformative investments in culture and education anywhere in the world. <br /><br />The appointed supplier will help us tell the story of East Bank’s shared ambition and collective potential, focusing on the impact of the partnership. Their work should complement the ongoing media campaigns being led by each partner. (Excluded from this mandate is comms relating exclusively to an individual East Bank partner organisation, or exclusively to LLDC, all venues/operators on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park or GLA. While the supplier may generate content that is relevant to or supports social media activity, they are not expected to deliver direct social media support). <br /><br />The anticipated duration of the contract will be 2 years, with break a clause of 12 months.<br /><br />The requirement is further described within the specification issued with these RFP Notices and Instructions.<br />
