SELECT LIST FOR PROVISION OF DIGITAL SERVICES REFERENCE: CAB.2025.007<br /><br /><br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from suppliers with suitable experience and capability in being included on a select list for the provision of Digital Services to the Government Transformation Services division of the Cabinet Office.<br /><br />For Further Information click `View Synopsis`.<br /><br />Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest".<br /><br />****PLEASE NOTE - Once you have clicked on `Express Interest` you will receive an email to advise that `Tender Documents have been published to the portal` and a `Form of Acknowledgement` tab will appear. This tab will provide a copy of the `Appeals Procedure` to be downloaded. In order to progress to the next stage of the process you will need to `Opt-In` and complete the `Form of Acknowledgement` questionnaire and click `Submit Return` before the Expression of Interest deadline as detailed below.****<br /><br />The Application for Admission documents will be published to interested parties following receipt of a fully completed Expression of Interest. When the Application for Admission documents have been made available, suppliers will receive notification via email and the documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website and selecting the "View Details" button of this project.<br /><br />The Select List will be in place for FIVE years and will be open to new applicants during the Term. Expressions of interest will be accepted until 17:00 on 30 November 2030.<br /><br />For administrative purposes, to manage the initial tranche of applications, Expressions of interest should be submitted in the first instance by noon 12:00 on Friday 10 October 2025 <br /><br />Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on this Portal.<br />
