Treatment of Peel Marina Sediment and Remediation of Cross Vein Mine - DOI/2025/027<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from experienced and competent contractors to undertake a sediment treatment and land remediation project for the Department of Infrastructure.<br /><br />The Contractor will be required to develop a treatment solution for sediment which has been dredged from Peel Marina and is stored in the Peel Dewatering Lagoon, in order to render it suitable for re-use as part of the Cross Vein Mine remediation work. The Contractor will undertake remediation works to Cross Vein Mine which will entail using a capping system of the treated sediment in order to restore the ‘deads’ area of the Mine to natural heathland.<br /><br />For Further Information click `View Synopsis`.<br /><br />Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest".<br /><br />****PLEASE NOTE - Once you have clicked on `Express Interest` you will receive an email to advise that `Tender Documents have been published to the portal` and a `Form of Acknowledgement` tab will appear. This tab will provide a copy of the `Appeals Procedure` to be downloaded. In order to progress to the next stage of the process you will need to `Opt-In` and complete the `Form of Acknowledgement` questionnaire and click `Submit Return` before the Expression of Interest deadline as detailed below.****<br /><br />Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 12 NOON 22nd December 2025. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents will be released following the close of the Expressions of Interest period. When the ITT documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the ITT documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website and selecting the "View Details" button of this project.
