Tender description

The service will provide short-medium term emotional support to children and young people who have been the victim of any crime type. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire, requires a countywide support service for young victims and witnesses of crime. The service is designed to deliver short-medium term emotional and practical support and advocacy, of up to six week/sessions in a way that meets the needs of the child or young people. This could include, but is not limited to, face to face, telephone and messaging services. Referrals for support will come via the county’s Victim and Witness Hub, Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA) or Independent Sexual Violence Advocate Service (ISVA) and self-referrals.
