CHP are seeking information on the potential of customer video triage technology in our customer service department. The purpose of this RFI exercise is to: • assess the capabilities within current markets to deliver a potential solution • allow CHP to assess supplier responses to help us to refine the specification and requirements of any potential future procurement process. • enable CHP to develop its knowledge understanding of the market.
