Please note: This RFI is only open to suppliers registered on CCS Network Services 3 Framework - Lot 2a: Intra Site Connectivity (Local Area Network) / Local Connectivity Services: https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6116 We shall not accept any Expressions of Interest from parties not registered as suppliers on this framework - Thank you. Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) are NHS employees hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust whose specialism is procurement. BWPC support local Trusts and Healthcare Providers with all aspects of clinical and non-clinical purchasing, supply chain management and capital equipping. This RFI seeks information relating to the procurement of Network equipment and services for the Trust. The Trust wishes to implement a new network and infrastructure across the whole of the UHBW estate to underpin the delivery of the Joint Clinical Strategy for the NBT and UHBW Hospital Group. The network infrastructure is critical to the delivery of high-quality patient care systems and operational and business services to all areas of the organisation, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The focus of a future procurement is to establish a resilient and robust foundation for the Trust's digital services by providing a Network that is efficiency, reliability, secure, flexible, and safe. Information collected from this RFI shall be used to support the development of a comprehensive tender pack if the Trust decide to proceed with the opportunity. Suppliers shall be invited to respond to this RFI through BWPC's Procurement Portal, SAP Ariba, using the contact details registered on the framework: https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6116:2a/lot-suppliers Suppliers shall be provided with an information pack outlining our project requirements and a RFI questionnaire consisting of 19 questions to support development of a future tender opportunity. Suppliers not already registered with SAP Ariba, can register to access the information via the e-procurement module https://supplier.ariba.com/ for free.
