The EPS intends to run a competitive procurement process for the supply of laboratory and research Chemicals and Reagents. This will be the next generation framework of the existing framework LGC1599F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Laboratory and Research Chemicals and Reagents which will expire in July 2025. As part of the process, the EPS wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to supply laboratory and research Chemicals and Reagents. The EPS is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the supply of Chemicals and Reagents to the Irish Public Sector to: 1. better understand any changes in the supply market since the previous national Framework Competition was run, and 2. identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications of this laboratory and research Chemicals and Reagents framework.
