Hertfordshire County Council is intending to carry out a procurement in relation to the provision of a 0- 19 years (up to 25 for young people with SEND) Public Health Nursing Service. Therefore, the Council has published this Prior Information Notice ("PIN") to alert potentially interested organisations with appropriate expertise and relevant experience of this potential opportunity and to encourage organisations to register on the Councils etendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home in preparation. Lot 1: This is with regards to a forthcoming procurement opportunity within Hertfordshire for the delivery of an integrated 0 to 19 (up to 25 for Care Leavers and SEND young people) Public Health Nursing Service. The Public Health Nursing service will be expected to provide integrated universal, targeted and specialist support for infants, children, young people and families working in an integrated manner with the Family Support Service under the umbrella brand of the ‘Hertfordshire Family Centre Service’(HFCS). TimescalesIt is currently anticipated that the Council will commence a procurement process in March 2025.
