Tender description

The British Council in Romania is seeking a UK specialist consultant or alternatively a UK consulting company to conduct a scoping study on Arts and Disability in Romania. We require a single supplier to conduct the research activities for the scoping study, whether as an independent consultant, a company or an organization (e.g., NGO, association, etc.).The primary objectives of this project are to gather knowledge and insights that will enhance the understanding of the Romanian arts and disability landscape, identify suitable artistic and creative activities that can amplify disabled creativity, and ultimately promote the development and implementation of the British Council's future arts and disability program in Romania.
