Cross Class Insurance Services: Property, Combined Liability, Motor Insurance Lot 1: East Lothian Council will be carrying out a tender exercise May 2025 for the following insurance services: Property, Combined Liability, Motor) via Mini Competition on CCS Insurance Services 3 DPS (RM6138). The renewal date for the Council is 1st November annually. The Council would like to advise of an upcoming pre-engagement session run by the Council prior to the publication of the insurance tender. The session is proposed to take place on the of 11th March 2025 with each session lasting for approximately 1.0hr. The sessions are proposed to take place in person where possible at the Council’s brokers office (Marsh, Cubo Edinburgh) and we are looking to gauge interest from bidders who may wish to attend. Where a meeting in person is not possible, we can accommodate via Teams.. The purpose of the PIN is to gauge market interest and inform our future procurement process.
