WRAP seeks a contractor to prepare and submit a bespoke Environmental Permit application for Caerphilly County Borough Council’s new Dyffryn Operations Depot. This includes producing all required management plans, supporting engagement with Natural Resources Wales during determination, and assisting with responses to information requests.
