Electric Vehicle Charging Software

Tender description

Quotations are invited for Electric Vehicle Charging Software at Keele University in accordance with the Quotation Specification (Key Documents and Supporting Information) in Section 2 of the Invitation to Quote (ITQ).<br /><br />Keele University requires a new car charging management software and an accompanying electric vehicle user smartphone application to replace the discontinued EcarOC system.<br /><br />The new car charging management software should enable the University to manage its electric vehicle (EV) chargers, record charging durations and energy use, and facilitate payment for the charging service. Additionally, a user-friendly smartphone application is required to allow electric vehicle users to start, monitor, and stop charging sessions, as well as handle payments. <br /><br />The software must be compatible with the University’s existing Alfen chargers. <br /><br />The solution should comply with GDPR legislation and support future expansion as electric vehicle adoption increases.<br /><br />Given the need for one Service Provider to co-ordinate the Electric Vehicle Charging Software, the proposed contract has not been divided into lots.<br /><br />The Service Provider shall provide all the contract requirements detailed in the Quotation Specification (Key Documents and Supporting Information) in Section 2 of the ITQ. <br /><br />
