Tender description
The service will: • To facilitate and deliver high quality Family Group Conferences (FGC) in Derby, in accordance with the identified policies, practice standards and aims of the Family Group Conference Service. • To ensure that the service delivered is effective, of exceptional quality and value for money. • To ensure that preparation for the FGC reflects any existing formal or statutory plans in place (e.g., Child Protection Plan, Child in Need Plan). • To fully include the voice of children, young people and their families in decisions relating to the services being provided. • Ensure that the Family Plan is child focused, does not compromise the safety of children and meets the expectations of the referring agency. • To improve outcomes for families in Derby City.
