ServiceNow License Renewal to support critical IT service management, automation, and integration across the organisation. Lot 1: Aster Group has been a long-standing customer of ServiceNow, using the platform for over nine years to support critical IT service management, automation, and integration across the organisation. The current three-year licensing agreement is due to expire on 30 December 2025. To ensure business continuity and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, this project covers the renewal of Aster's ServiceNow licenses for a further three-year term.
