Community Council Insurance

Tender description

The Council has a requirement through our Scheme of Establishment for Community Councils to ensure that insurance cover is provided for our Community Councils. At present, there are 32 Community Councils, however, this number may be subject to change. Lot 1: This exercise is intended to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to view and comment on the Council’s requirements if they wish to do so. This builds on a commitment to engage with the market, by sharing information and seeking input from the market to enable us to develop the final tender in a fair and transparent manner. This exercise is to ensure that the final documents provide all tenderers with a clear understanding of the Council’s requirements and help reduce the number of questions that may be raised in the Tender Period. To maximise the success of any subsequent procurement process we would ask that providers are open and honest in their responses and provide as much detail as possible.
