<br />The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) invites tenders for the provision of event services for its annual formal Graduation Ceremony. This prestigious event is held in a marquee situated on the University grounds and hosts approximately 1,300 attendees, including graduates, guests and staff.<br /><br />Services Required:<br />• Event Infrastructure - Supply, installation and management of a high-quality marquee suitable for a formal academic ceremony.<br />• Staging - Provision of staging to accommodate up to 30 individuals, including staff and guests and must provide sound and lighting equipment.<br />• Audio-Visual Services - Live streaming of the ceremony to remote audiences; professional filming and videography of the event; all AV services must be fully compliant with the Equality Act 2010 ensuring accessibility for all participants and viewers.<br />• Additional mobile infrastructure, luxury toilets, additional tents, power distribution machinery<br />• Event design and project management services <br /><br />Compliance and Standards:<br />All services must comply with relevant Health and Safety Regulations and demonstrate a clear commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.<br /><br />The dates that the services need to be delivered upon are as follows: <br />* The Marquee and all deliverables to be available for a dry run of the Graduation Ceremony by 11.00 Wednesday 16 September 2026<br />* The Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026<br />* All deliverables must be packed away and off site by close of working day Friday 18 September<br />
