Provision of mobile, clinical standard, Cholesterol point of care testing (POCT) equipment, consumables, training and quality assurance to support the delivery of the NHS Health Check workplace outreach programme, which is delivered by DCC's inhouse wellbeing team: Live Life Better Derbyshire (LLBD).
