Tender description

The overall aim of the project is to develop a multiple-tier  data  hierarchy  to  better  define  and  manage  information  about  block  / property assets  and  in  particular  the  relationship  between  estates  and  shared  spaces, structures, blocks, cores and rented units. Lot 1: Peabody  is  in  the  process  of  developing  and  implementing  a  new  property  asset  reference  hierarchy for its housing stock.  The overall  aim  of  the  project  is  to  develop  a  multiple-tier  data  hierarchy to better define and manage information about block / property assets and in particular  the  relationship  between  estates  and  clusters  of  buildings/shared  facilities,  blocks,  cores  and  rented  units.    This  is  a  key  strategic  project  for  the  organisation;  it  has  connections  to,  and  implications  for,  multiple  parts  of  the  business  operation,  impacting  IT,  property  asset  management, service charge management and customer experience.
