Invitation to Tender under Blacksmith and Fabrication Framework

Tender description

Aberdeenshire Council (the “Council”) are responsible for providing a wide range of recycling and waste services to householders throughout Aberdeenshire. To assist in providing these services, the Council has 7 waste transfer stations/depots and 15 household recycling centres throughout the area which all have various pieces of equipment and plant that help to provide the service as efficiently as possible. The equipment and plant require to be maintained to ensure continuity and efficiency of essential frontline services. The Service Provider is required to provide fabrication/welding repairs to a variety of containers, equipment, walkways. The Service Provider is also required to provide a fabrication/welding service to engineer a variety of items and accessories to aid our staff in safe and efficient running of the Household Recycling Centre’s and Waste Transfer Stations.
