Tender description
The draft Future Shoreditch Area Action Plan (AAP) is moving towards completion and adoption. The AAP is a strategic 15 year plan for managing growth in the Shoreditch area. To finalise the plan, an updated Economic Viability Assessment is required to test the viability of the policies and site allocations in the draft Future Shoreditch Area Action Plan. This assessment work is needed to support the final version of the draft Future Shoreditch AAP (Regulation 19) that will be submitted to the Secretary of State for examination.
