Tender description
New contract with incumbent supplier while the Library migrates to Scottish Government Cloud during 2026. Lot 1: Non-Competitive Action under Reg 33(1)(b) - replacement vs value for money to retain / still fit for purpose. This justification was chosen as the Library is currently undergoing migration into the Scottish Government Cloud which will mean the Library's data will sit in the same virtual environment (AWS) as it currently does.
