NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (SHICB) invites providers to join our first Market Engagement event as we begin shaping the future of Out-of-Hospital services. This event marks the start of a collaborative journey to shape models that deliver on the NHS 10 Year Health Plan and achieve the three strategic shifts, moving care from hospital to community, transforming from analogue to digital, and shifting the focus from sickness to prevention. Please join us on 5th December 2025 when Jack Wagstaff, Executive Director of Strategic Commissioning, will relay early service scoping considerations and the questions we are asking ourselves regarding the most appropriate configurations and models for Surrey citizens. We hope to hear provider insights, innovative ideas, and preferences to inform the scope of a forthcoming procurement programme.
