TENDER FOR SAIAB AQUALAB AND BOAT HOUSE PROJECT

PLEASE NOTE: There is a compulsory site inspection on 20 November 2025 @ 11am as per the tender document.<br /><br />The works have been divided into three distinct work schedules. <br />The first schedule of works consists of alterations and renovations to an existing building space to convert this area into a wet lab for the use in fish hatchery research. The work will consist of alterations and wet works in the form of forming platforms and sumps for the ponds, as well as installation of refrigeration panels. This schedule of work will also encompass the removal of an existing outdoor hatchery and building of a new steel structure, sheet metal roofing and concrete slab work to from a new outdoor hatchery facility. The last scope of work in this schedule will be the casting of a concrete slab to be ready for the installation of a hydroponic system, installation thereof fall outside this contract. The works contained in this schedule is to be complete by the 31 January 2026. <br />The second work schedule consists of the relocation of two greenhouse tunnels complete, construction of a new boat storage facility, and the demolition of two storage sheds, with two newly built storage building to take their place. <br />The third schedule is contained as a provisional sum, to be negotiated with the contractor should financing be secured by the institution. <br /><br />
