Marketing Communications for Fostering To allow ease of purchasing for marketing and communications services for foster care recruitment where over £500.00. This is to set up an annual contract reference to be used repeatedly, to raise purchase orders following requests for quotes for foster care marketing recruitment. This contract will have various suppliers to invite for quote for small amounts of spend, with no spend with any individual supplier being in excess of £25k. The purpose of this contract is to simplify the process of having to obtain Spend Control Panel approval for each spend to speed up the process of contract award for urgent requirements for foster care recruitment. The remainder of this year's budget of £38,000 runs until 31/3/25 in line with this contract.
