Purchase of consultancy support for GSENZH. The consultant will be required to assist the Local Net Zero programme through the following areas of work: Support for the proposed Local Government Grant funding to be confirmed by DESNZ. Support for the Solar PV industrial clusters service. The consultant will also provide support to the Public Sector Decarbonisation Programme. The consultant will provide the following services as detailed in the Scope of Work summary. Providing technical surveys, review of any feasibility work, assessment of financial options, and technology specific advice to clients. Identifying and advising on procurement routes for technology-specific and wider energy-related support. Assessing the best procurement routes for projects. Project energy modelling – use of technical and financial tools.
