ISO Accreditation Ongoing Support- Intergrated Management System

We operate as the Energy Centre within the University of Birmingham and have the following accreditation: ISO 90001, ISO140001 and ISO450001, we also have SSIP accreditation.<br /><br />These are to ensure we meet our obligations to the Environment Agency inspectorate and to ensure safe operations at all times.<br /><br />We require ongoing support as per the following:<br /><br />The requirements/objectives for the support contract continue to be:<br />a) To help maintain the upkeep and general management of the current IMS including any transitions.<br />b) To advise and assist in the undertaking of the company internal audit, corrective actions and management review.<br />c) Liaison with the company’s assessment body, currently ISOQAR and the attendance of ongoing assessment visits and resulting actions.<br />d) To assist in the general support and advise of the company activities relating to management system standards.<br />e) To simplify and improve the existing system wherever possible, for example the SSW’s, RA’s, training, document control etc.<br />f) To provide offsite telephone and other support when required.<br /><br />We are a 24/7/365 operation and do not have a dedicated person in the role, therefore external support is required for us to maintain our Integrated Management System.
