The University of Roehampton is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultancies to support the development of a comprehensive Estates Consolidation Strategy. <br /><br />The University’s estate is a key strategic asset supporting its academic mission and student experience. Over recent years, the University has invested significantly in improving the quality and efficiency of its estate. The next stage of this work will focus on optimising estate performance, reducing operating costs and carbon footprint, and releasing capital for reinvestment through targeted rationalisation and development. <br /><br />To achieve this, the University wishes to appoint a consultancy partner to work collaboratively with internal teams to review the current estate, identify surplus or underutilised assets, appraise and prioritise development opportunities, and prepare a deliverable strategy supported by clear implementation and governance plans.
