Alternative Provision Framework - Market Engagement

Tender description

Havering Council looking to establish a Framework through which we can procure and manage our Alternative Provision services. This will include having all providers pass through a quality assurance process, whilst also clearly demonstrating their suitability to provide a specific service in accordance with the outlined lots. The framework’s purpose is to encourage a fairer, more competitive market and deliver better value for the Local Authority leading to better outcomes for our service users.
