Concession Contract for the Provision of Catering Services at Paisley Arts Centre

OneRen has a requirement to appoint an experienced, community-focused supplier to establish and grow a destination daytime café within the iconic, newly refurbished Paisley Arts Centre. OneRen are looking for a catering partner to create a vibrant hub for Renfrewshire residents, students, and local businesses, making Paisley Arts Centre a central meeting point for the community. As part of the development process for the procurement approach, OneRen is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Prior Information Notice (PIN). Market consultation is an important part of the procurement process and gives us an opportunity to consider your specialist opinion and expertise. As such, we are requesting that all interested suppliers complete the below survey by 12:00 noon on 28 November 2025. https://www.cognitoforms.com/ScotlandExcel1/OnBehalfOfOneRenPaisleyArtsCentreCateringConcessionContract Lot 1: The services to be provided will include the provision of food, drinks, and service for the purpose-built café bar space. The successful supplier will also operate performance bars, providing an offer for Paisley Arts Centre’s performance programme of theatre (including panto), comedy, and music. Currently, the daytime café is open 6 days per week. However, OneRen will be open to suggestions from the successful supplier in relation to café opening days and times, but a minimum of 4 days will be required to coincide with peak times. Performance bars will be expected to be available for every programmed performance. OneRen invites suppliers to attend an optional visit at Paisley Arts Centre to view the facilities and offers suppliers the opportunity to gain an understanding of the venue’s size, layout, and set-up, as well as gaining an understanding of the types of programmed events that take place. Attendance at the venue will not form part of any evaluation process if your organisation decides to submit a bid for this opportunity once published.
