Lot 1 - Communal Cleaning Services (inc Window Cleaning Services) to be performed in four Regions. Region 1 - London, Region 2 - Kent, Region 3 - South, Region 4 - North. Lot 2 - Bulk Waste Collection Services to be performed in four regions. Region 1 - London, Region 2 - Kent, Region 3 - South, Region 4 - North. Lot 3 - Japanese Knotweed Services (one call off contract covering all four regions) Lot Lot 1: Communal Cleaning Services (Including Window Cleaning Services) Lot 1 - Communal Cleaning Services (Inc Window Cleaning) The Total framework value is £200,000,000. The Lot 1 Contract Value is £14,118,874. The Lot 1 Call Off Contract is awarded to Pinnacle FM Ltd for Regions 1,2,3 & 4. The following contractors are appointed to Lot 1 of the framework in the following ranked positions. Pinnacle FM Ltd - 1st, Just Ask Estate Services - 2nd, Cleanscapes Ltd - 3rd. Additional information: Any UK-based public sector body, including local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations, educational institutions, emergency services, and charitable organisations can access and use Hyde's Cleaning, Bulk Waste Collection and Japanese Knotweed Services Framework. The Total Framework Value is £200,000. The total contract value is £3.475,000. The call off contract is awarded to Pinnacle FM Ltd for regions 1,2,3 & 4. The following contractors are appointed to Lot 2 of the framework in the following ranked positions.
