Tender description

Queen’s University Belfast requires a reliable catering supplier to provide and deliver a range of high-quality refreshments including cold foods, hot foods, tea and coffee for organised examination and interview days, as well as other events at the Centre for Medical Education. The service must accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free), ensure timely delivery across multiple campus locations, and include end-of-day cleanup. The supplier must be flexible to handle ad hoc requests and changes, and maintain excellent communication throughout the contract.
