Provision of website development, hosting, and support services, including design, build, integration with booking systems, and ongoing technical support. Lot 1: Sport Aberdeen requires a single supplier to deliver a new public-facing website. The contract includes the design, development, hosting, and ongoing technical support of a content-managed website. The supplier will be responsible for integrating the new website with Sport Aberdeen’s third-party booking systems, providing ecommerce functionality for memberships, events, and donations, and ensuring the site meets accessibility standards. The scope of work includes: Website design and build Integration with 3rd party systems Ecommerce functionality for bookings and payments Donations and gift aid processing Website hosting and maintenance Analytics and SEO implementation Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA standards GDPR compliance Staff training on content management Ongoing support after launch The website must improve customer journeys, enhance brand visibility, and streamline the booking process. The initial contract term is expected from September 2025 to May 2026, with optional extensions.. All tender submissions must be made electronically via the PCS postbox.
