Tender description

The Highland Council has been considering its options regarding the potential development, delivery and operation of low-carbon heat networks in Inverness. The Highland Council have produced the City-Wide Heat Feasibility Study which has identified the scale of the opportunity to decarbonise heat across Inverness, with three prioritised heat network zones, Westbank, Raigmore and Longman and City Centre.
