Tender description

The Health Board are seeking partners to develop and deliver an evidence-based programme “Sing Well” based around singing and breathing techniques to explore the positive impact of music (specifically, singing and breathing exercises) on individuals in Powys living with long term health conditions. The programme will take a positive approach to promoting both physical and mental wellbeing, and support people to live their best lives, regardless of the health conditions that they may be experiencing. The tender will be awarded based on 30% cost & 70% quality as detailed in the ITT document.
