Offaly County Council is considering initiating a competitive procurement process for Occupational Therapy Services during 2025/2026. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks, or other contract types, available for use by Council. As part of the process, Offaly County Council wishes to take soundings from the market as to the provision of Occupational Therapy Services. Offaly County Council is issuing this Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research.
