Tender description

This is a continuation of existing, specialist services already in place in Sutton. Both providers have established trusted relationships with Afghan families and proven models (MAPS for Ukrainian children, VCS for Hong Kong arrivals) that can be adapted immediately for Afghan arrivals. The programmes are trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and delivered in safe spaces with bilingual staff. No alternative local providers can offer the same expertise or continuity, and a full tender process would delay delivery and risk disengagement of the families.
