Church Street Site B and C Project Manager led Multidisciplinary Team

Tender description

This contract award notice follows a competitive procurement process under NHS Shared Business Service Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services 3 Framework Lot 7 (SBS10190). The appointed project manager will undertake project management and employer's agent services while leading a multidisciplinary design team including but not limited to civil, structural, MEP, fire, sustainability, transport, BIM, landscape architecture, right of light, acoustic and façade consultancy services from RIBA Stage 1 through to RIBA Stage 7 on Church Street Regeneration Sites B and C. The value of the contract is based on an initial programme and scope of services, the value is subject to change in the event of a programme change at any RIBA Stage or if additional time and resource is required at any RIBA Stage. The contract value is based on day rates established in the contract.
